Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

  • Items must remain in their original packaging with all attached tags and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance sales or special promotional offers.

  • Items that have been stitched, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Dispatch Item: Once your request is approved, ship the product back to our official returns address:

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned parcel, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify the eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item delivered).

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched.

  • Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
